1. Service Description

Crevvo provides a website builder for creating and hosting wedding websites. Your site is accessible at a unique URL under the crevvo.app domain.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One wedding website per account on the free tier.

3. Pricing and Payments

Paid tiers are one-time payments in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are displayed at checkout. We offer a 14-day refund policy for unpublished sites. Refund requests for published sites are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Site Availability

Your wedding site stays live from the moment of publishing until 30 days after your wedding date. After that, it will be archived unless you subscribe to a Memory Page plan. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crevvo for unlawful purposes, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Crevvo a license to host and display it as part of your wedding website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crevvo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
