1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account and building your wedding website, including your email address, partner names, wedding details, photos, and guest list information. We also collect RSVP data submitted by your guests.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide the Crevvo service: hosting your wedding website, managing RSVPs, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Processors

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Images are compressed and stored in encrypted storage buckets. We retain your data for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion.

Transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, guest invites, payment confirmations, and lifecycle reminders) are delivered via Resend, our email-delivery processor. Only the data necessary to send each email (recipient address, relevant wedding details) is passed to Resend for that purpose.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card details. Payment processing is subject to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. You can also export your RSVP data as CSV.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer at hello@crevvo.app. If you believe we have not handled your personal information lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how Crevvo is used so we can improve it. It only loads after you give consent via the banner shown on your first visit, and it collects anonymous usage data (such as page views and device type) — it does not identify you personally. You can change your choice at any time below.

Wedding and business websites built and hosted on Crevvo include their own built-in, first-party visitor analytics for their owner (page views, referrers, device type, and approximate country). This is cookieless and aggregate: it never stores your IP address or any other personally identifying information, so no cookie-consent banner is shown for it. This is separate from Crevvo's own use of Vercel Analytics described above.
